Orders can be made using our secure online shopping cart by using the 'buy' button on the item you are wanting to purchase, alternatively you can email, fax, phone or use conventional mail, we accept Visa and MasterCard

Payment Methods Visa and MasterCard by clicking on the 'buy' button beside the item you are wanting to purchase on our online store. This is done via Mal's e-commerce secure SSL secure server pages at www.mals-e.com/

Payment can also credited directly in our Bank account, contact us for our bank account details if this is your perferred way of paying.

if paying by credit card your account will not be debited until the goods are ready to be sent. 

Online credit card Security  your credit card details you enter when buying online via the 'buy' button is on a SSL secure web page - Secure Sockets layer. The server and your PC encrypt the details you enter which is not able to be read by other computers, keeping the information safe.

14 day unconditional money back guarantee on all our standard stock items. Just notify us that you are returning the item or items. The Item/s need to be returned in the same packaging and condition they were sent. You will need to pay for the return freight cost yourself. This unconditional money back guarantee does not apply to framed prints that are not our standard listed stock items, Custom Jobs, Frame Kits and non standard photo frames.

NZ Consumers Guarantees Act Any item/s we sell that may be faulty we will meet our obligations covered by the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act. The faulty item/s would repaired, replaced or money refunded.

Freight Charges

Freight & Packaging Charges within New Zealand are

• $8.50 unframed prints and posters send in print tube

• $12.00 for packages lighter than 5kg and smaller than shoe box size

• $19.00 for packages bigger than shoebox size. For packages heavier than 5kg

• Plus $4.35 for rural delivery (outside town areas)

Overseas Orders
 loose prints and mounted/matted prints ready to frame only. We do not send framed prints overseas. We can send loose prints rolled up in a solid cardboard print tube and also mounted/ matted prints ready to frame up to 14x11" size. We use NZ Post for international orders using their   International Air service. Delivery times are approximately one week to key destinations from the time the order is taken into the NZ Post.

• To Australia $15 freight & packaging charge.

• The rest of the World $20 freight & packaging charge
